The general terms and conditions of sale described below set out the rights and obligations of LOS PISTOLEROS SARL and its customer in connection with the sale of the following goods: LOS PISTOLEROS ICE CREAM STICKS.\nAny service provided by LOS PISTOLEROS SARL therefore implies the buyer\u2019s full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

he prices of the goods sold are those in force on the day the order is placed. They are stated in euros and calculated excluding taxes. Consequently, VAT and shipping costs applicable on the day of the order will be added.\n\nLOS PISTOLEROS SARL reserves the right to change its prices at any time.     The delivery time indicated when the order is registered is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed.<\/span><\/p>

    Consequently, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products shall not entitle the buyer to:<\/span><\/p>

    • the award of damages;<\/span><\/li>
    • cancellation of the order.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      In the event of missing or damaged goods during transport, the buyer must make all necessary reservations on the delivery note upon receipt of said goods.\nThese reservations must also be confirmed in writing within five days of delivery by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.<\/p>

      Free shipping is granted by LOS PISTOLEROS SARL to its customer from one pallet onwards.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      LOS PISTOLEROS SARL shall not be held liable if the failure to perform or delay in performing any of its obligations described in these general terms and conditions of sale results from an event of force majeure.\nFor this purpose, force majeure means any external event that is unforeseeable and irresistible within the meaning of Article 1148 of the French Civil Code.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Clause n\u00b0 5 : Modalit\u00e9s de paiement Le r\u00e8glement des commandes par paiement en ligne sur le site.
