Back on the French Riviera, they reworked the recipes with French artisanal know-how—becoming the first French creators of paletas with the Los Pistoleros brand, founded in 2015.
CRAFTED IN FRANCE!
Today, Los Pistoleros is among the 80 ice cream makers certified “Tradition Française” by the National Confederation of Ice Cream Makers of France, and the only certified impulse ice cream maker in France.
Our ice creams on a stick are made by artisan ice cream makers and are certified “French Tradition” by the Confederation of Artisan Ice Cream Makers of France!
